MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT AT 6th AVENUE & EUCLID AVENUE, DES MOINES, IOWA
Invest DSM is requesting proposals from companies interested in developing, owning, and managing a mixed-use project on the parcels located at 612-618 Euclid Avenue and 3524 6th Avenue, Des Moines.
Invest DSM, a non-profit organization that works to revitalize neighborhoods in Des Moines, is seeking proposals for a mixed-use development on a three-quarter acre site at the intersection of 6th Ave and Euclid Ave, called the Commons at Highland Park. This is a high-profile site that has been receiving much attention in the media, in an area of Des Moines that has seen a significant resurgence in redevelopment and business interest over the past few years. It provides a great opportunity for a signature development that will anchor the area for years to come.
