SPECIAL INVESTMENT DISTRICT PROPERTIES

Invest DSM is dedicated to rehabbing homes in Des Moines using qualified contractors. While our homeowner grant programs are responsible for the vast majority of projects we complete in a year, Invest DSM is also active in taking on high-quality development work that the private market would not complete on its own. This includes acquiring homes that need significant renovation work or that meet a specific strategic goal in our special investment districts. The properties listed below are ones that Invest DSM has purchased to facilitate rehabilitation work on, or lots where Invest DSM has facilitated a new construction project. As with everything we do, our development work reinforces high standards of quality and diversifies the housing available for future generations.
